- Architects / Architectural Designers
- Homeowners completing renovations or new builds
Please note: We are supply‑only and do not carry out installation.
For projects requiring installation, we can refer you to our approved network of Licensed Building Practitioners who specialise in window and door installation and understand compliance requirements for NZBC E2, B1, and B2. This referral process ensures the best outcomes by pairing homeowners with experienced professionals who understand construction sequencing, weather‑tightness, and correct installation methodologies. If you would like a builder referral, please note this when filling in the form.

If you already have a builder
We can provide a supply‑only quote based on the following information:
- Window & door dimensions (H x W)
- Configuration (e.g., sliding, awning, bi-fold, stacking)
- Cladding type (e.g., weatherboard, brick, fibre cement)
- Glazing requirements (Low-E, argon, laminate, etc.)
- Hardware specifications or preferences
Once you accept the estimate:

Site MeasureOur team visits onsite to complete a final measure. Your builder must be present to confirm installation details, flashing set‑outs, and any construction considerations.

Final DetailingWe take all confirmed information back to our technical office, complete joinery detailing, and prepare your final price, including any changes identified at site measure.

Deposit & Manufacturing
- A 50% deposit is required.
- Final schedule sign‑off is needed before production.
- Manufacturing time is typically 4–6 weeks.
Any variations after confirmation may incur additional charges.

We understand early budgeting is often needed. However, because accurate window pricing depends on:
